A human-scale, agile laboratory, rooted in reality, yet open to doubt, intuition, and learning along the way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color\" style=\"color:#7a7a7a\">It&#8217;s where &#8216;Co&#8217; and &#8216;Initium&#8217; take form.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"inspiro-is-a-digital-product-agency-that-focuses-on-strategy-and-design\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\"><strong>Behind <strong>CoInitium Lab<\/strong>, there\u2019s me: <strong>Bertille<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I was born and raised in <strong>Normandy<\/strong>, where I still live, but my journey has already taken me all across <strong>Europe<\/strong>, by train, through projects, or in conversation. And since my suitcase is always ready, I\u2019m up for going (almost) anywhere, as long as there\u2019s something meaningful to build.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I build bridges between people who don\u2019t always speak the same language, literally or figuratively. I read European project reports for fun (yes, really), and I have a soft spot for well-organized <strong>Excel spreadsheets<\/strong> and <strong>PowerPoint decks that don\u2019t hurt your eyes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also do <strong>improv theatre<\/strong>, which helps a lot in surprise meetings, last-minute changes, and those projects where you have to improvise without calling it that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most importantly, I truly believe that <strong>human relationships are what make projects work<\/strong>. A good shared file is useful.
